Comments: A Complete
Resource for Those Looking for the Work and Money in Magic. The
Magical Arts Journal was originally put out in the mid-1980's and
ran for a few years. Back issues are now available in e-book
format, or they can be purchased bound in a single hardcover
volume, all available from Ammar Magic.
I've provided two listings for MAJ. One provides the page numbers
as they appear in the hardcover book. This listing includes the
page number of the original individual issues.
As far as book vs. download: The book has been re-scanned so the
text is more clear than in the e-book versions. In addition, the
book contains Ammar's How to
Negotiate Higher Performance Fees 12 page article, as
well as separate indices to the Journal, the Effects, and the
Advertisers. Buying the book is also cheaper than buying all of
the individual downloads. The e-books, on the other hand, are in
PDF format and are searchable, so make a handy electronic
