I believe there are two editions of these notes - the one listed here has only the summary explanation and the attendees were expected to take notes with very limited details of the routines. The other with a cover showing Hen Fetch with a card rising from a wide fan, is 11 pages and provides some more detailed explanations. Includes over 20 illustrations depicting some of the setups.
