Interesting note from the preface, "THOUGH THE SALE of the tricks herein described was discontinued some months ago, the orders have continued coming in; and as my mechanical card tricks can no longer be supplied, I have decided to rewrite the instructions of ten of the most popular ones,adding directions enabling any one to construct the necessary faked cards. This little booklet is the result."
