Interesting note - the inside front page states this is Mac King's first lecture, but there is also another book called "Mac King's First Lecture Notes" listed seperately, with almost the same contents except Howdy includes "Slow Motion MacDonald", while the First Lecture Notes include "A Real Stand-Up Card Routine - Carlyle Homing Card" (perhaps these are the same trick with different names?)
