Comments: No illustrations. Full title is: "Ricardo's Intimate Secrets of Card Classics and Close Up Magic". According to Bart Whaley's Who's Who in Magic, Frank Pemper's stage name was Ricardo, the Debonaire Deceiver. Card tricks require advanced card knowledge, for example, "control them to the top by means of the multiple shift".
