1 The Aztec Queen: Queen placed into a playing card cabinet is
separated at the top, and the bottom half can be separated as
well, but is removed intact
2 Double Trouble: a mis-made girl illusion with two playing cards
in a card "cabinet"
3 The Palan-Queen: Queen card appears inside a cabinet
4 Madame Butterfly: spectator draws a butterfly on the back of a
Queen, which becomes a butterfly image, which then vanishes to a
"real" butterfly
5 The Prestige: signed card vanishes to appear in a wallet or
elsewhere
6 Make My Day: a signed card obtains a bullet catch and then a
bullet hole
7 Bonus Effect, Faster Than a Speeding Bullet: variation
8 Orange Blossom Special: a sapling card grows and sprouts fruit,
with optional kicker
9 Bonus Effect, Freshly Squeezed: another version
10 Buzzed: card cut in two by a buzz saw is restored
11 Don't Lose Your Head: card placed in card dagger chest has
toothpicks thrust through, the card vanishes from view, but
appears unharmed
12 Queens That Go Bump: Queens rise from empty card box under a
handkerchief, then the box is found full
