Comments:  According to Genii's Magicpedia, The Mentalist was a periodical that ran from October 1962 through  September 1965. A compilation of issues 1-12 was released by Don Tanner (listed here separately), and a compilation of issues 13-33 was released by Jack Dean under AB StageCraft. The edition listed here is a compilation of all 33 issues and the incomplete issue 34, and includes a foreword by Paul Alberstat.
