Comments: Illustrated. There are several different lecture note manuscripts out there from early Dai Vernon lectures. This one is provided by The Conjuring Arts and I've seen at least one copy for sale on e-Bay some time ago. Available as an e-Book from Conjuring Arts Research Center and Trickshop.com.
