You have torn a strip of paper into bits, restored it, explained it, torn it again, restored it again, and as you open the strip of paper after the last tear, you may walk right down into the audience still opening the paper if you like, and as it is fully opened out hand it to a spectator and let him examine it, and your hands if he likes."
